Refund policy

Returns

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a flexible return policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals and labels intact or products received damaged on delivery by the courier. Send the picture of damage product as soon as you receive from the courier. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or altered.

- No refund if item returned more than 30 days of delivery date.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 working days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless you received damaged product by the courier.
